The boring parts of a paint job — the prep, the sanding, the careful taping, the second coat in awkward corners — are where the quality lives. We don’t cut them, even on small jobs.
Six standards, non-negotiable.
These apply to every job, regardless of size. They’re the reason a job lasts ten years instead of three.

Two coats. Always.
One-coat work might pass in the moment, but it won't last. Every interior, every exterior, two coats minimum — primer underneath where the surface needs it.

Prep is most of the job.
Sanding, patching, caulking, masking, priming. The visible 'painting' is the easy part. We don't skip prep to save hours.

Fixed-price quotes.
We measure, scope, and write you a single number. No mid-job change orders unless you ask for added scope, and we always quote that separately.

Premium paint by default.
Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Benjamin Moore Aura unless you spec otherwise. Yes, they cost more — they also last twice as long.

Daily clean-up.
We tarp, mask, and put things back where we found them every evening. Your house keeps working while we work.

Two-year workmanship warranty.
If anything we applied peels, blisters, or fails because of how we did it, we come back and fix it. No charge.
