Exterior Painting
Repainting the outside of a home every 7–10 years is the cheapest insurance against weather damage. With the right prep and the right paint, it lasts.
Exterior paint isn't decoration — it's protection. Done right, it keeps water out of stucco, sun off siding, and oxidation off metal. Done wrong, you're repainting in three years.
