What we collect

• Quote requests: when you submit the form on this site (or email us), we receive your name, email, phone (if provided), the city or neighborhood of the work, the service you picked, and whatever you write describing the project. We save the submission as you sent it — same fields, in our database — along with the timestamp and a tag noting whether the submission tripped our spam filter.
• Server logs:our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs — IP, browser, pages visited — for security and uptime. We don’t use them for tracking or marketing.
• Site analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to count anonymous pageviews (which page, what country, what device class) and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load. Neither sets a cross-site tracking cookie or identifies you personally.
• Cookies:we don’t use marketing or advertising cookies and we don’t share your data with ad networks. The site may set strictly-necessary cookies for our internal admin sign-in; visitors to the public site typically won’t see any cookies set by us.

What we do with it

Quote-related contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about. We don’t sell it, share it with marketers, or use it for anything outside the scope of doing business with you.

Once a job is complete, we keep your information for our own warranty records and so we can recognize you if you reach out again.

Subprocessors we use

These are the third-party services that help us run the site and respond to inquiries. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the site, produces the server logs above, and provides the analytics and speed-measurement services described above.
• Resend sends two emails when you submit a quote: a notification to us, and a confirmation back to you. Resend handles the message contents (your name, email, phone, location, and project description) on our behalf.
• Neon hosts the Postgres database where quote requests are stored.
• Clerkhandles staff sign-in for our internal admin tools. Clerk doesn’t see public visitors.
• Google Fonts serves the Cormorant and Inter typefaces used on every page.

Your rights

California residents — and visitors from anywhere — have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Confirm that we don’t sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — because we don’t. We never sell your data and we don’t share it with advertisers.
